Craig White appointed Men’s Lead Bowling Coach
Lancashire Cricket is delighted to announce the appointment of Craig White as the Club’s new Men’s Lead Bowling Coach.
The former England all-rounder has been at Emirates Old Trafford as Assistant Coach with Thunder since 2021 and will move onto Dale Benkenstein’s coaching staff in the New Year.
The duo have previously worked together at Hampshire where White spent six years in various coaching roles from 2012 before joining Thunder ahead of the 2021 season.
White boasts huge experience at domestic and international level, having made more than 600 appearances for Yorkshire, whilst also representing England in 30 Test Matches and 51 ODIs.
Director of Cricket Performance Mark Chilton said: “Craig has been on our radar for a while due to his brilliant work within the Thunder set-up and he also impressed during a spell with the men’s First Team during the One Day Cup competition in 2021.
“Dale and I are really pleased that he has accepted our offer to join the men’s set-up on a permanent basis and I know that Dale is really looking forward to continuing the coaching relationship they had built up during their time together with Hampshire.”
