Joe Moores selected by London Spirt as Hundred replacement player
Lancashire Cricket's Joe Moores has been selected by London Spirit as a replacement player for the rest of The Hundred this season.
17-year-old Moores will replace the injured Tymal Mills in the squad.
Moores is set to be unavailable for Lancashire's upcoming fixtures in the Metro Bank One Day Cup, starting against Gloucestershire at Emirates Old Trafford Cricket Ground on Friday.
Moores has enjoyed an impressive One Day Cup campaign. He has hit 142 runs at an average of 71 so far this season, hitting a career best 85 against Northamptonshire last Sunday and was also an ever-present in Lancashire Lightning's Vitality Blast XI this summer.
