Lancashire Cricket to expand coverage with both premium and free-for-all options
Following feedback from Members and supporters, Lancashire Cricket has updated its broadcast approach for Men’s First Team fixtures. Coverage will now include enhanced production on the LancsTV+ platform alongside coverage on YouTube, ensuring county cricket remains accessible to all while providing added value for Members.
Free YouTube coverage will feature a streamlined two-camera broadcast for all Men’s First Team fixtures, ensuring supporters can continue to follow Lancashire Men live throughout the season.
In addition, LancsTV+ remains under development and, when launched, will offer full premium multi-camera production and an enhanced viewing experience. All existing Lancashire Members will receive automatic access to LancsTV+ at no additional cost as a core benefit of Membership, while a seasonal pass will be available for non-Members to access the full live production. The Club will make an announcement to supporters once LancsTV+ season passes are available to buy.
Providing added value for Members remains a key driver behind the development and launch of LancsTV+. The Club is committed to delivering the best possible service to those who invest in and support Lancashire Cricket each year, with the platform designed to offer a premium digital experience.
Beyond live cricket, LancsTV+ will offer a rich library of exclusive content, including special documentaries, behind-the-scenes footage, and in-depth player interviews.
As part of the ongoing development the upcoming Men’s fixtures will remain available on YouTube with Lancashire’s full multi-camera production coverage and the Club will provide an update in advance of the launch of LancsTV+. As confirmed previously, and in line with the Club’s ongoing commitment to growing the women’s game, all women’s domestic fixtures will continue to be broadcast free on YouTube, in addition to being available on LancsTV+.
Beyond LancsTV and the Club’s digital ambitions, Lancashire Cricket remains focused on driving attendances at Emirates Old Trafford - building on the momentum generated by the recently announced Red Ball Celebration fixture in August.
