Liam Livingstone nominated for PCA Player of the Month for June
Lancashire Cricket all-rounder Liam Livingstone has been nominated for June’s PCA Player of the Month award.
The all-rounder has shone for the Red Rose in the Vitality Blast and County Championship, scoring 351 runs across both formats at an average of 50.14 and picking up 13 wickets at 19.92.
In the Blast, Livingstone has scored three consecutive half-centuries. He hit 81 from 37 against Glamorgan, a match-winning 85 not out against Durham and 74 against Leicestershire Foxes.

He marked his return to red ball cricket after a five-year hiatus with superb figures of 5-55 against Kent at Blackpool, his second career five wicket haul in first-class cricket.
Livingstone is nominated alongside Dan Lawrence of Surrey, Somerset’s Craig Overton and Warwickshire overseas Beau Webster.
The PCA’s Most Valuable Player Rankings, powered by OFX, picks out the game’s top performers across every single fixture. This then forms the rankings for each competition, as well as an overall table which is how the top four are selected.
The MVP takes into account batting, bowling and fielding contributions and match defining achievements using a unique live algorithm developed by CricViz.
The PCA Player of the Month will be decided by a 50:50 split between the PCA MVP Rankings and the public vote – the poll will close on Wednesday 1 July at 10pm.
