Mitch Stanley is bowled by Calvin Harrison as Northants wrap up the win.
This is only the visitors fifth-ever win at Emirates Old Trafford in first-class cricket while the defeat is Lancashire’s second heaviest Championship defeat in terms of runs.

Lunch was delayed by 15 minutes after Northants were granted extra time to take these last two wickets.

That is an unusual way to get out, but Joe Moores goes for 2 for Obstruction.
Moores initially played the ball which bounced up and then down towards the stumps with the batter catching the ball in his hand to prevent it hitting the stumps. I'm afraid you can't do that and, too late, Moores realises that and trudges off.

Luke Procter bowls a short ball to Rocky Flintoff who pulls it high but into the hands of Saif Zaib stationed at deep square leg who takes a comfortable catch. Out for 11.

Arav Shetty gets a ball that nips back and keeps a touch low, and he is plumb lbw to Ben Sanderson for 11.

What a delivery from Luke Procter, pitches middle stump and straightens to hit off stump. Josh Bohannon playing forward didn't do a lot wrong but he's gone for 10.

Tom Bailey's 62-minute vigil as nightwatch comes to an end on 19 as his off stump is sent cartwheeling by Liam Guthrie. Some good resistance there by Bailey but that was a terrific ball to get.

Josh Bohannon square cuts Liam Guthrie for four to put the first runs of the day on the board. Ben Sanderson is unsurprisingly sharing the bowling duties, running in from the Brian Statham End to bowl to Tom Bailey.

Play starts at 11am with Lunch at 1pm and Tea at 3.40pm. There are a minimum of 80 overs available + 16 in the final hour today.
Lancashire will resume their second innings on 24-2 with Josh Bohannon on 1 and Tom Bailey 9.
