Vitality Blast tickets donated to Tickets for Troops, Blue Light Tickets and Tickets for Good
Lancashire Cricket has donated 250 tickets across its home Vitality Blast fixtures this summer to three charitable organisations: Tickets for Troops, Blue Light Tickets and Tickets for Good.
The Club has allocated 50 tickets per game across selected Vitality Blast fixtures at Emirates Old Trafford, helping to make live cricket more accessible to those who serve communities across the country.
Tickets for Troops offers free tickets to serving members of the Armed Forces, veterans who were medically discharged, and families of service personnel who lost their lives in service. Blue Light Tickets supports members of the emergency services, NHS and social care sector by providing access to free and discounted tickets for events and attractions. Tickets for Good helps NHS workers, teachers, charity staff, and volunteers access free or discounted tickets to live events.
Through the initiative, Lancashire Cricket aims to recognise the dedication and contribution of people working across the public, health and voluntary sectors, while welcoming more supporters to Emirates Old Trafford this summer.
Lancashire Cricket Sales Director, Angela Hodson, said: “Lancashire Cricket is proud to support organisations such as Blue Light Tickets, Tickets for Troops and Tickets for Good by donating tickets to our Vitality Blast fixtures this summer.
“The work carried out every day by those in the emergency services, NHS, Armed Forces, education and charity sectors is invaluable, and this is a small gesture from the Club to show our appreciation for everything they do.
“We hope those attending enjoy the opportunity to experience Vitality Blast cricket at Emirates Old Trafford and create lasting memories with family and friends.”
