What is the Ballot?
The Ticket Ballot will be open for 2027 Major Match fixtures at Emirates Old Trafford Cricket Ground as detailed above. The ballot is the fairest way to allocate tickets for matches we believe, will be in high demand.
Once all the applications have been received and cleansed, the ballot winners will be notified and receive an email on how to buy tickets.
When will the Ballot open?
The Ballot will open on Wednesday 2 September and run until midnight on Tuesday 29 September.
Who can access the Ballot?
Any supporter can access and apply to the Ballot. You just need to login to your Lancashire Cricket tickets account or create a new account to submit your application. 2027 Members don’t need to enter the Ballot as they have immediate access to buy tickets. You will need to login with your Lancashire Cricket ticketing account details or create a new account. Click here to enter.
How do I edit or delete my application?
If you wish to amend or cancel your Open Ticket Ballot Application, it is possible to do so until the Ticket Ballot closes at midnight on Tuesday 29 September 2026, by visiting your Ballot application and selecting “edit” or "cancel". After this date, you will not be able to edit or cancel your application.
Do I need to submit my credit /debit card details?
No, the 2027 ticket ballot is completely free to enter and ballot winners will be sent a link to buy tickets once the ballot has been run. You have the option to add your card details to make checkout quicker if you're successful.
When does the ballot close?
The Ballot will close at midnight on Tuesday 29 September. All application data will be cleansed, and the ballot will be processed over the forthcoming days, with result emails and ticket links sent around Friday 2 October before second chance opens on Wednesday 7 October.
How many tickets can I apply for?
You can apply for tickets for all five fixtures, however the following ticket limits apply.

Max 6 tickets per person for the England Lions v Australia
Max 6 tickets per person for the Lancashire Lightning v Yorkshire Vitality T20 Blast
Max 6 tickets per person for the England Women v Australia Metro Bank Ashes Series Vitality IT20
Max 6 tickets per person for the England v New Zealand Vitality International T20
Will there be alcohol free areas?
Yes, if you want to sit in an alcohol free section please select the price categories labelled Alcohol free.
Are there family friendly areas?
Yes, the family stand will be visible when applying for tickets. A minimum of one Under 18 ticket needs to be purchased within the family stand (category 5 tickets)
How much are tickets?
Tickets will vary in price depending on the game you are interested in and category of ticket that you are applying for. All ticket prices are inclusive of booking fees.

How do I apply for wheelchair or accessible tickets?
Once logged in, select your preferred match, select your preferred category (Cat 2, 3 or 4), then select from wheelchair, easy access or general seating as appropriate to your needs, along with an accompanying escort ticket if required. Your ticketing account will then be updated according to your selection and, if successful, you will be sent a link to purchase your tickets
What if I am not successful in the Ballot?
A second chance window will open to all applicants to buy tickets on Wednesday 7 October before general sale on Wednesday 14 October.
When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be distributed in the Lancashire Cricket Ticket App approximately 8 weeks before each match.
What are the chances of being successful in the Ballot?
Chances are dependent on the total number of tickets requested and the total number of tickets available at each price category.
How many tickets are available in total in the Ballot?
This will vary by match and by price category after the Members priority booking period.
Can I choose what category of ticket I apply for?
Yes, all categories are clearly listed with their price in the Ballot form.
Can I choose where to sit if I’m successful?
Yes, you will be sent a ticket link for your game of choice, where you will be able to select your seats.
What happens if I am successful but can no longer attend?
Tickets can be re-sold on the Lancashire Cricket re-sale platform should you no longer be able to attend due to unforeseen circumstances. These can be posted for sale to other fans, we will not be issuing refunds. Tickets that are listed for re-sale on unauthorised third-party websites such as Stubhub or Viagogo will be cancelled with no eligibility for a refund. Please ensure you only use our official re-sale platform
