Sensory Room

We have a private pitch-facing Sensory Room, located in the Hilton Garden Inn. This room is restricted to one family (maximum of 6 persons), for a period of up to two hours.

The room is available to any existing match ticket holder free of charge. 

If you would like to use this facility, please speak to our team at the Hilton Garden Inn Reception and they will be happy to assist.

Sensory Packs Available Now!

To ensure that we continue to include and support all members of the red rose family, Lancashire Cricket is pleased to launch new sensory packs to further enhance our famous matchday experiences.

These include ear defenders, fidget spinners, stress balls and more in a bag that you can keep and reuse.

We hope these packs help make Emirates Old Trafford more inclusive and welcoming for all of our guests who may have sensory needs. These can be linked to noises and sounds, tastes and smells, feelings and textures, emotions and thoughts and any other part of coming to Emirates Old Trafford that may be different or new.

Sensory packs are available to purchase from the Pavilion Reception (£10 each).
